Air
Temperature:
Some days with
temperature over 100, but most of the week we had nice breeze that help get us
through the warm days.
Fishing Spots and Distance: Our
fleet continues to travel very little to find fish, as they are
averaging about 25 miles out.
Off-shore Fishing:
Blue and sails
started dominating the action, as it should be during the summer. Dorado
continue to be non-consistent, tuna under porpoise were there early in the week,
but they ran out and weren't seen again, still bottom fishing in front of La
Rivera has giving us some tuna every day.
In-shore Fishing:
In=shore
fishing was hot for roosters this past week, pargo, jacks among many other
species are being caught while fishing in Los Pescaderos right in front of La
Rivera.
Bait Used: Mackerel
was the best bait this past week, and sardine is once again a no-show.
Highlight of the Week: It is a good time to
catch your billfish, if you are coming to catch dorado, I
will wait for September, may be with some rain they will
come.
See you next
week!!!
